If you have received a DHL Left Card please complete the below form and submit it for your shipment to be processed for redelivery or self collection.

DHL will make every attempt to redeliver your shipment as soon as possible.
DHL's delivery service is Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00; you should provide DHL a business address for redelivery.
Redelivery of your shipment will occur between these hours.
Requests received after 6pm AEST will not be actioned until the following business day.

  • Redelivery to CBD areas will take place within 24 business hours.
  • Redelivery to most Regional areas will take place within 48 business hours, dependant on your location.
  • Shipments containing high value commodities such as computers, electronics and bank documents can not be left without someone signing for the shipment.

  • Redirection will incur additional transit time to the times quoted below:
    • Redelivery to CBD areas will take place within 24 business hours,

  • DHL Operation Facility standard operating hours for Customer collection are 09.00-17.00 M-F only.
  • Your shipment will be available for collection the next business day.
  • DHL will call, sms or email you when your shipment is available for collection and advise the nearest DHL Facility.
  • You or your authorised representative will need to provide photo identification or proof of ownership of this shipment
    e.g Drivers Licence, Passport or Australia Government issued ID.
